1- some computer when switch on the screen stop from loading ..》press F1 to continue .
  2-sometimes when of wont to print the decument and printer not answer .. 》remove the queue 
of the printer .
3- sometimes of wont to write some text and printed when of finish will oppear small windows in order to saving a file .. 》if of wont save this file press save button and write the name of file .
If of do not press not save button then close the program
